The G35 was a model sold at Nissan’s luxury brand Infiniti in the USA starting in the 2003 model year. The G35 is powered by a 260 horsepower and 260 ft-lbs of torque version of Nissan’s VQ35DE that is located far back in the chassis (Nissan calls it FM -front midships) mated to a 6-speed manual gearbox that is connected to a viscous limited slip differential out back. Today’s example is offered for a decent price for the number of miles and condition. Find this 2004 Infiniti G35 offered for $8990 in Canton, MA via cars.com. Tip from Art C.
The Infiniti G35 we posted the other day was well received because it combines the best characteristics of a reliable modern car with a nicely depreciated price curve. The only thing it was missing was the cool factor of a moderately rusty pickup truck exterior…oh…here we go, another horrorod. Find this 1972 Datsun 521 Pickup with […]
Modern (post 2000 model year) cars are fast, complicated, and comfortable. Some are still too expensive, but others have depreciated into serious DT territory because of the immutable laws of supply (the OEM sold a ton when new) and demand (the newer versions are cooler/better/nicer smelling)…which have oddly favored the Infiniti version of the Nissan […]

Four door is preferred, but not essential, but it needs to seat 5 and […]
When news broke that Hillary Clinton was running around the Midwest in a vehicle called the Scooby van, I immediately thought it would be some wild custom. Needless to say I was disappointed to find it was just a boring old black van, and would have been much more excited if she were driving around […]
This next car is a late model Japanese sport sedan that threatened BMW’s 3-series for the title of king of the luxury sport 4-doors when it was released in 2003. The Infiniti G35 wasn’t available in a spec that could compete with BMW’s M3, but it was available with Nissan’s fantastic V6 and today will […]
The Infiniti G35 was introduced to the world in 2003 and quickly became a legitimate competitor to the BMW 3-series. It featured a big six cylinder engine, rear-wheel-drive and 6-speed manual gearbox, something you couldn’t get from an Acura, Mercedes, Audi or Lexus. Some say it even beat BMW at the small luxo sedan game, […]
