Push Button Phone Color: 1976 Mercedes-Benz 300D

This next car gives me a warm feeling of nostalgia because I owned a similar vintage W115 way back in the day. It wasn’t nearly as nice as this next car, and it would belch black smoke if you had the audacity to ask it to drive up hills, but elegance is not for the faint of heart. And wow, this is a NICE example of the W114/W115 chassis, with a super clean interior…which is great because you will spend a LOT of time staring at the interior of this thing as you crawl from point-a to point-b. Yes. They are that slow. Find this 1976 Mercedes-Benz 300D offered for $13,900 in Simi Valley, CA via craigslist. Tip from Rock On!

My grandfather purchased this 1976 Mercedes Benz 300D for my grandmother in 1997 and she has been driving it since then, she is now 86 years old and unfortunately she is no longer capable of driving. We have all the maintenance records from 1997 till now, (around $15,000 in records). It had 18K miles when they purchased it and now it has 46K original miles. It has ice cold AC, hot heater, power doors and windows, automatic transmission, cruise control, sunroof and much more. It has always been garaged and maintained by German car mechanic. Absolutely no rust, no leaks, no issues at all. It has many new parts including new bilstein front and rear shocks, new tie rods, glow plugs, battery, hoses and much more. Probably the lowest mileage Mercedes Benz for its age.
