Eventually he formed Bell Engineering and turned his attentions to turbocharging and supercharging, even writing a thorough guide to boosting your car called Maximum Boost: Designing, Testing and Installing Turbocharger Systems (Engineering and Performance). This particular vehicle was designed, engineered and created by Mr Bell and the ebay seller suggests that any questions be directed to the man himself.

Would have been nice for the seller to include a picture of the "car." But it does look like a big pile of expensive parts for a not a bad price. That intake manifold is seriously boss.
