DT: Craigslist Has a New Layout
If you spend as much time as we do surfing the internet for cheap used cars, you may have noticed a fairly significant change to the long lived craigslist format. Images now appear first in the ad with text following – we aren’t sure if we like the new format. It does still allow you to add your own pictures via HTML, but we fear change and this is new/different…

I first noticed it surfing T4M ads in casual encounters (you know, to spam my friends with) when I suddenly thought I'd hit a fake CL site and before I could close the browser my bank account was being emptied by 1000 Nigerians.
But all in all I'm ambivalent. It's not radically different from the old format and I can look at a car first before having to scroll through dozens of lines of illiterate gibberish.
