The roly-poly AMC Pacer exploded onto the scene during the disco mania (1975-1980), right between the snappy Gremlin and the grand Matador in AMC’s lineup. This shhhweeet ride was like no other, rocking an eccentric design that had folks raising their eyebrows. Imagine this: the passenger compartment pushed all the way up front, wheels chilling at the very tips, and oh my, those colossal rear glass chunks were like portholes to the past! It’s as if the Pacer said, “Who needs a regular car when you can have a fishbowl on wheels?” Find this 1977 AMC Pacer offered for $8,000 in Encinitas, CA via craigslist. Tip from Rock On!

-All work done by previous owner Bob Mozzolini of Mozzolini racing.
-Book of ALL work done
- Just got all the locks on the doors redone so they lock
I love this car so much but I travel for work and it’s not worth me owning 2 cars when im gone so much.
Things that need work:
- No airflow
- Radio only works sometimes but speakers work when it does. Probably a simple rewire
- Small rust under the hood smaller than a tangerine
- speedometer doesn’t work
- the plastic interior has sun fading and cracking. Probably best bet is to cover it with a fabric of sorts.
These are all minor things. The car runs like a dream, can run it around town or take it in the right lane on the highway. I got all the fluids changed and the mechanic to look her over about 300miles ago.
Title is clean and in hand
