This next car comes from tipper Art C who artfully sums it up when he writes: Wow. Too cheap to be true? Or just cheap enough to take a flyer on it?? Oil around breather is worrisome, but other than that? Wow. Thats a lotta beef for $1500 realistically. Yeah, that is lot of supercharged big cat for the cash. Find this 2003 Jaguar XJR offered for $1950 in Bayside Queens, NY via craigslist.

Black exterior in very good condition other than the trunk lock area. Please look at the pictures.
Black leather interior that’s fully loaded with ice cold A/C.
V8 4.0 liter superchargerd engine with an automatic transmission. The car has 180,000 miles but it runs and drives like it has 80k.
Very fast and reliable and a pleasure to drive.
This is the last year of the “Big Cat ” with a supercharger. These car are becoming very rare. And it’s the cheapest one around.

I drive the car 60 miles a day with no issues.

i would buy that here in NorUK (if it had a stick), as you do see them around at this vintage, so someone must know the tricks – not sure i would even in NorCal where there's no rust and a lot of specialist shops – in Queens, i would be very nervous what with all the salt slush and potholes – that said, nice to see it
