Dolph’s Ride: 1963 Volvo Laplander L3313
I was watching this sweet Volvo Excavators advertisement on the youtubes when I pointed out to a friend that Dolph is driving a sweet old Ford pickup and my pal brazenly stated it was because there was nothing old school cool from Volvo that Dolph could drive…which was a complete load of steaming moose pucky because I could pick 50 different old school Swedish rides for the Lundgrenader. Here is a 1963 Volvo Laplander L3313 offered for $6000 in Albuquerque, NM via craigslist. Tip from FuelTruck.

How manly do you have to be to drive a car with a rino lined steering wheel? tips@dailyturismo.com
Well this is a whole other can of herring.
"Go anywhere under 45 mph." When I move back to NYC, this will do nicely!
Here where the traffic is about double that, not so much.
Wait a moment. This is a Swedish military vehicle from 1963 with the steering wheel on the right, but Sweden was a drive on the right ( with wheel on the left ) country until
"Högertrafikomläggningen" ("The right-hand traffic diversion"), 3 September 1967, in which the traffic in Sweden switched from driving on the left-hand side of the road to the right.
So Sweden was planning on maybe invading Denmark or Finland ?
Oh Laplander, of course it's for invading Finland AKA Lapland.
