Before heading to the hospital this morning I saw a white heron stare down an alligator in my back yard and my mind immediately went to how that scene was the ideal metaphor for my LeMons experiences. Those tiny, fleet Miatas wth their perfect balance and tiny hamster mills just stare down my lumbering, toothy, clumsy Das Camaro and deny deny deny its voracious appetite, pecking and harassing at every corner as the gap between us incrementally widens…whoever said that there's no replacement for displacement must've never had to experience sharing a corner with a Miata driven with a deft hand.
