The third generation of Chevy’s Camaro was introduced for the 1982 model year with an entirely new design that shared little with previous generations. The front windshield was raked back at a sport 62 degree angle and the rear hatchback glass was a complex curved affair that took advantage of new glass technology for the era. Bumpers were fully integrated plastic pieces and the headlights were square things that surrounded a meshless grill — a mean face indeed. 1-Owner 1984 Chevy Camaro Sport with 5.0L Factory Option, sitting untouched since 1989, just over 30,000 Miles on clock , a total time capsule, still had a news paper,Beer cans, receipts and other things from 1989, including all four 1988 Coded Tires (still on the vehicle) 1 was replaced but we still have it for those that like keep original stuf with car as well as the original spark plugs and last but not least the usually cracked dash is like new it self nothing less then a miracle thanks to the Sun Shield that left on the car , after sitting for over 30 years somethings had to be change and serviced to at least make it drivable , minor tune up , full detail and fresh respray , nothing fancy more for body protection than for beauty , A/c not cold, tires are still the ones it was found with (30years old) so again this is still mainly as found , not ready to be driven home, that being said its a very good looking car as it sits and engine sounds great.Shipping available

why repaint it? was a time capsule. if someone wanted it in original condition, that trip to paint shop altered. it. and how many would want a _ freshly brown_ sporting shaped car in this day & age? guessing that most camaro enthusiasts not concerned with originality- seeing a tired paint job would have opted for a different color.
If we give the seller the benefit of doubt, it’s good that they didn’t change the color. Oddly, brown has been so rare since the 80s that it’s now a color that stands out though I can only hope the respray was done to a high standard. If it wasn’t then it’s a demerit.
Brown shoes don’t make it, quit school, why fake it?
