A Sportsroof GT: 1970 Ford Mustang

The 1969 and 1970 models years of the Ford Mustang were the final versions of the original generation Mustang. They don’t command the same prices as early examples, and sometimes you can get into a fastback for the price of a highly optioned (think California Special or some 64 1/2 model) coupe, and there’s nothing wrong with that. Today’s ’70 is covered in a rad shade of copper, and the interior is an equally sweet shade of camel. It does have some skunkiness underneath, but the current bidding price is well below what you might find at one of those overhyped auction sites. Find this 1970 Ford Mustang Fastback bidding for $15,100 with 1 day to go located in Verona, KY via ebay auctions.

Vehicle Details
Here is a southern 1970 Mustang Fastback that has a 302 engine that was changed to a 4 barrel carburetor with an automatic transmission.  This car is very solid with rust free original floors, trunk floors,  all frame rails,  and torque boxes (pictured). The right door on bottom outside corner is starting to bubble and on the lower left rear quarter panel. The underside of doors and trunk lid are rust free also. The front engine compartment aprons are also rust free (pictured). Someone has put a Mach 1 hood with scoop on it and painted years ago. It has been sitting inside most of its life and was rustproofed in the 70’s or 80’s as it has the sticker on the back glass. All glass is nice. Stainless trim is all nice with only a couple dents on right windshield trim (pictured). It has factory power disc brakes, factory power steering,  and original air conditioning car.  The compressor and condenser is missing but retains the A/C vents and nice black dash pad. Has original tape player radio and console. Old style Cragars. I filled the carb up with fuel put a battery in it and started right up. This car would make a pretty decent driver the way it is with minor work.  It would have to be trailered but will lot drive. No it will not drive home. Would also make a great resto mod. Car is located in Verona,  ky. 41092 for transportation quotes. Has a clear title and is sold as is where is.  You are more than welcome to come and view it before bidding.  This car is listed with NO RESERVE SO YOU ARE BIDDING TO OWN. All sales are final. A 500.00 deposit thru PayPal 24 hours of auctions end and balance to be paid 3 days at auctions end thru a bank wire. Any questions please feel free to contact me. These old Mustang fastback are getting harder and harder to find especially this solid and don’t come around that often.  Good luck bidding.  Thanks for looking….
