2k: Snow Leopard 1990 Infiniti M30 5-spd
The F31 generation Infiniti M30 was essentially a Nissan Leopard re-badged and upgraded for the US luxury grand touring market. The Leopard was a rear-drive sports car sold as a competitor to the Toyota Supra and Mitsubishi Starion, but the M30 was only available with an automatic transmission and marketed against GT cars like the Lexus SC and BMW 3-series coupe. Find this 1990 Infiniti M30 5-spd swap for sale in SF Bay Area, CA for $2,500 via craigslist. Tip from Kaibeezy.
This M30 is still powered by the original VG30E 3.0 liter V6 that puts out 162 horsepower but the original 4-speed automatic has been tossed in favor of a 5-speed manual from a Z32 Nissan Z-car. The manual transmission should transform the little luxury coupe from a snooze fest to a fun ride.

Nice. I always thought these were handsome but I really didn't remember these as rwd. I had forgotten about them and if you had asked me about a handsome early 90's Japanese luxo-coupe I would have said Acura Legend (I loved their graceful slender c-pillar). If you had asked me to name a rwd one I would have drawn a blank.
$2.5 k doesn't seem bad, but I'd wonder about parts availability though.
Hmm I've been looking for a nice, weird commuter. Would look nice next to my G37 coupe.
