10k: 21k Miles: 1978 BMW 320i
The E21 generation BMW 3-series is a great way to get into a clean classic without breaking the bank. The best low mile and stock examples are starting to demand premium money but it is still a great time to get into the market before it takes off and leaves you behind. Find this 1978 BMW 320i with 21k miles on the odometer for sale in Woodstock, GA for $9,000 via craigslist.
This 320i is offered with a nice looking red paint job, a super low odometer reading and…Hawaii plates? That is a big red flag because the car is in Georgia, but also because Hawaii isn’t the best climate for cars; lots of dampness and the miles are all city.
The pictures give a little idea of the interior condition and show a set of Recaro seats and an aftermarket steering wheel. The US market 320i was offered with a 2.0 liter version of the M10 inline-4 and was good for 125 horsepower.

Man, if that's a "small dent", I'd hate to see their idea of a big one. I think getting that repaired, and dropping $150 on a decent detail would go a long ways towards them getting that asking price.
Mine was an awesome pizza delivery vehicle 15 years ago. Loved it. Very reliable, fantastic handling but slow. Keeping my eyes open for the much faster Euro imported 323 version.
