What Was New Is Old Again: 1995 Chevrolet Corvette LT1

If you think about a car from 1995, it doesn’t seem that old. At least to me it doesn’t seem that old, but then I was daily driving a car from 1994 until my wife told me I was insane. The styling isn’t that far out and the 350 cubic inch V8 isn’t a that different from the newest small block…sure the new ones make more power and put out fewer emissions, but it isn’t that different. But to put it in perspective, in 1995 when this next Corvette was new…if you wanted to go back the exact number of years from today, you’d find yourself fin 1969. Now, those are old cars. The styling is so radically different, the construction techniques and technology…except…wait…it still has a 350 cubic inch V8 and maybe 2021 is to 1995 as 1995 is to 1969. I dunno.
