Unfinished: 1979 Bradley GT II
I love kicking off Monday with a car that has gull wing doors, is less than $1000, and lists the vin as “EXPERIMENTAL”. Three outta three ain’t bad. Find this 1979 Bradley GT II offered for $850 in Upland, CA via craigslist. Tip from Rock On!
The Bradley GT was one of the more common kit car of the 70s; not as popular something like the Meyers Manx, but slightly more functional as a car and equally cool. Most Bradley’s used Volkswagen power, a few rare ones got a Corvair flat-6, but today’s GT uses Honda Civic engine/transmission to create what will probably be the most reliable/practical of kit cars.

Alas, always too far away…
Eight hundred an fifty smackers? Cheep cheep said the little birdy. This one's going straight in the man-cave/gaming lounge as a life size va-va virtual reality 24hrs of Lemons setup. Just bolt an old washer in the back for that lub lub vee dub rumble on ya bustle feeling and maybe some burnt carpet underlay to complete the carbon monoxide high I associate with anything flub dub tweet tweet (Vw motor purr).
I have never heard a better plan.
DT party at Rufus' house. I will bring the pork rinds and Tecate
