Uncommonly Interesting: 1981 Datsun 310GX

If you are confused by the name Datsun 310GX, you are not alone. We’ve got a support group for you — it’s called Car’s That Nissan Imported To The USA To Confuse Americans Anonymous. This next car isn’t the classic rear-drive Datsun B210, nor the front-drive Datsun F10 or even the Nissan Pulsar, well maybe sorta it is a Pulsar F11…but in the USA it was badged as the Datsun 310GX as a 2-door coupe. It is the only car that I’ve ever seen that has a 12V external carburetor cooling fan to spot vapor lock. Find this 1981 Datsun 310GX offered for $4,900 in Culver City, CA via craigslist.
