Turbo’d V8: 1991 Mazda MX-5 Miata
The original Mazda MX-5 is known around the globe as a great car for the discerning sportsman who wants a car that handles well and needs a good driver to ring the maximum out of the small engine. It is the opposite of the ham-fisted V8 muscle car crowd and is the spiritual revival of the small British roadster…expect that today’s example is a Cobra in disguise. Find this 1991 Mazda MX-5 Miata here on eBay offered for $24,999 buy-it-now or make-offer located in San Luis Obispo, CA.
I won’t pretend to sit here with a straight face and tell you this car is worth anything near the Dragon capsule high asking price, but I will tell you that somebody dropped a serious roll of coin to build this thing. That doesn’t mean the builder should make a profit, or even get half his money back…but this car is worth something to the right bidder.

420/450 on the rear wheels?
This thing needs wheelie bars.
Maybe even a drag chute…

Looks like a great build. However, the ask is optimistic. I know; took a real soaking when selling my "upgraded" 911 turbo, but knew that going in. Had fun anyway, but never again.
Nice build but you may get a visit from a representative of SPCRT. Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Rear Tires….
If you've just been given 6 months to live, and have 25,000 in the bank…
I'm not sure the extra tires will be enough.
Problem is, you can buy a V-8 converted Miata for around $12K or so, and it will be more reliable and more balanced.
