Tune and Go: 1964 Chevrolet Corvair Monza

The Chevrolet Corvair was built in two generations — the first from 1960-1964 and the later cars built from 1965-1969. The early cars have curves that are softer and more “50s”, while the later cars have a more angular “60s” look, no B-pillar, and an upgrade from the early swing axle rear end to a fully independent setup. The late, great Hunsbloger would always insist that the 65+ models were the only ones to consider, but this next early Monza is so nicely preserved for the asking price that I think he’d give it a second look. Find this 1964 Chevrolet Corvair Monza offered for $6,500 buy-it-now or make-offer in Littleton, CO via eBay.

From the seller:

1964 Corvair Monza 900 in beautiful condition. Interior has been restored. New paint. Original body. Original chrome. Original engine. Needs tune-up. I have not been able to get the dual carbs to sync properly so it has been running rich. I’m on disability and do not have the money to put into it so it’s time for her to find a new home.
