The UnSaab: 2009 Saab 9-7X

In 2005 General Motors released a Saab badged version of the mid-sized GMT360 SUV platform that shares parts with the Buick Rainier, Chevrolet TrailBlazer & SSR, GMC Envoy, Oldsmobile Bravada, and Isuzu Ascender. The Saab 9-7x only survived through the 2009 model year, but it offers an interesting alternative to the various domestic mid-sized SUVs built around the same era. Find this 2009 Saab 9-7X offered for $8000 in Littleton, CO via saabnet. Tip from BP.

5.3L V8 300hp. This has been a great SUV for me. I am selling this as part of a move to Florida. Owned since March 2021 – 107,946 miles. Driven 8,355 miles, about 300 miles/month. Everything works, but I bought this to fix it up back to new. I replaced hood, front and rear bumpers. (Work done at professionally.) I installed a new head unit that works with the steering wheel controls. Kenwood Excelon DNX697S AM/FM/HD Radio w/ Bluetooth (Garmin GPS, Android Auto/Apple CarPlay via USB cable). I’ll also include the original Saab 9-7x radio for those wishing to make it classic Saab. As part of the purchase price I am also including these new parts (about $2,300): New left and right headlight assemblies – $1,358.40; New left and right taillight assemblies – $387.68; New left and right front window regulators – $147.87; New pocket assembly for liftgate (license plate area, since discontinued) – $91.80; Extra rim – $300.00.
