I see a lot of JDM vehicles for sale out of Riverside, CA with the notation “import papers only”. Fresh off the boat, enjoy the hassle of getting US title. Strange thing is a lot of them are not really sought after like a Skyline, EVO or other forbidden fruit that might be worth jumping through the hoops. They are rather pedestrian vehicles. :)
