Special Edition: 1987 Chevrolet Camaro IROC-Z Convertible

The third generation F-body Camaro was made from 1982 through 1992, but it wasn’t until 1987 that Chevrolet introduced a ragtop Camaro — the first since 1969. The convertible conversion was contracted to ASC (American Sunroof Corporation) who made the 3rd gen look pretty sharp if you ask me. Find this 1987 Chevrolet Camaro IROC-Z Convertible offered for $18000 in Albany, NY via craigslist. Tip from Jeff.

1987 IROC convertible special edition car, 305 tuned port was replaced with a replacement 350 from Gm, it’s still tuned port injected, has elderbrock headers, flow master exhaust, turbo 700 transmission, factory posi traction with 3.73 gears, car came from Texas to NY and has never seen winters, I’ve had the car sense 2008 and it’s been stored in a garage and never even driven in the rain, paint was professionally done, interior was redone using new seat covers, carpet and has a new convertible top. Car has been lowered with the correct springs and has brand new bilstein shocks and struts, new fuel pump, brakes and wheels and tires have less then 1500 miles on them, i put less then 2 thousand miles on the car sense 2008 and that’s the only reason I’m selling it because it just sits in the garage, I haven’t driven it in 4 years so it’s gonna need a reg tune up and oil change and some tlc, I have many parts that I have collected that goes with the car, look up and do some research on 1987 convertables to see how much they are worth, the valve goes up every year, this is number 369 of 744 made. I’m firm on the price, the car is worth more then I’m asking. Car also has factor 4 wheel disk brakes, not all of them did. Have any question let me know and one more thing, I don’t need to sell it. Also no trades! 18,000$$
