Needs TLC: 1972 MGB GT

There are a lot of things I get sick of quite easily. Political advertisements. Brittle plastic connector parts. The Olsen Twins. The list goes on. But you know what I’ll never get sick of? Classic British sportscars with fastback roof shapes designed by Pininfarina offered for a few grand on craigslist. Yes. I’ll never get sick of that. Find this 1972 MG MGB GT offered for $5000 in Concord, CA via craigslist. Tip from FuelTruck.

Runs drives has salvaged title because the person passed away and their collection ended up in the junkyard. NOT because it was wrecked. It is a survivor car it has no overdrive unit, it has a Weber carburetor. The head has been done so you can run unleaded fuel. The bottom end was never gone thru so it burns a little oil. All the electrical works except the rear window defrost that I broke the tabs off when changing the rubber on rear window to stop it from leaking. These cars are getting harder to find. Perfect car for restoration or drive as is. Serious buyers ONLY I don’t need help selling.
