Needs Spinny Parts: 2000 Ferrari 360 Shell

This next feature is for the corpse of a bent Ferrari 360 chassis and the only question is what do you put into it for an engine? Do you shove a supercharged Buick 3800 V6 powering the front wheels, or a Pontiac Fiero Iron Duke-4 in the middle. Or both? Find this 2000 Ferrari 360 Shell offered for $10,000 in Wanaque, NJ via Frankenstein Murderbook. Tip from Cory.

See a better way to drive something
best part of today’s post is the telling tag line that so often offers direction and snarky guidance from the DT editors. and today it reads
” See a better way to drive something” …
well, yeah. most anything with any “spinny parts” would do. from the plywood wheels made famous on a porsche featured at bringatrustfund to an e-bike, to a motorized wheelbarrow. all easier /better to drive that this collection of static automotive debris.
Oh boy. That was an unintended piece of humor. I’ll leave it as is!!
Weld up a rambler American chassis with a flathead 6, and make it into a pickup truck. Boom! Instant star at Pebble Beach
Bent chassis and you still want 10k? Crack pipe price there. Maybe in 30 years…but today, that’s crazy.
Telsa powertrain – you know you were thinking it!?
So we’ll see this at SEMA next year.
