Lovely Rita: 1989 Buick Reatta

Most of the new things you can find at the Buick dealer in 2023 is a Chinese built SUV or crossover with a name that starts with “En” (wtf happened to you Buick?), but there was a time when GM’s Buick division engineered and released their own piece of advanced technology — and I’m not talking about the 1960s. It was in ’88– a hand-built two seater with 4-corner independent suspension, a fuel injected Buick V6 and an advanced touchscreen computer interface known as the Reatta. Regrettably, the Reatta is probably the single biggest reason that nobody at Buick gets to design or develop cars anymore, but at least it isn’t named Entomb, Engorge, Enema, or Enterocolitis. Find this 1989 Buick Reatta offered for $3900 in Bloomfield Hills, MI via craigslist. Tip from Cory.
