Globe Trotter: 1982 Volvo 262C Bertone 5.0V8
This next car is a real international traveler. No…not the Scout…I’m talking about a car that was born in the mind of a Swede named Jan Wilsgaard and assembled in a factory by Italians at Gruppo Bertone in Turin, Italy with an engine made in France (the PRV6)…and it is now being offered for sale on an Italian website with an American V8 inside and with the car located in the Netherlands…my head is going to explode. Find this 1982 Volvo 262C Bertone 5.0V8 offered for € 7.900 in the Netherlands via AutoScout24.it. Tip from Eduardo.

Actually, it's in Ocala, FL. Price includes shipping to the Netherlands.
Yeah. Not for nothing, y’all, but the black Ram in the third pic makes a Dutch locale somewhat less realistic.
And the Australian pines 😉
That would make more sense since you'd probably land in some secret EU gulag if you shoved a Ford V8 into a Volvo and tried to drive it down the street.
Perfect for an aging Roger Moore type in the new WHO crony tv series called the Ain't starring Baal & Minerva Gates Trust Us Fund as the Kaos Korporation.
My father had a Bertone he bought new many years back (sans the small block V8, obvi) with a standard transmission. Great car, bulletproof reliability. It was a four speed manual with an electronic overdrive with the switch on the top of the shifter knob. I think his was the 1980 model. This one featured here is probably a 1981 that was titled in 82, as Volvo stopped making them in MY1981. I'd love th have that car back. Smooth engine, decent power. Great tourer.
einspritzmotor und 4-gang. Sounds rather perverse.
