G-Body Builder: 1984 Buick Regal LT1

The nice thing about a classic G-Body is that when you tell someone that you did a “frame-off” restoration, you can show the receipts. Most modern cars have a single unibody, but with this G-body, you can show the frame separated from the chassis with a Corvette LT1 V8 in place of whatever carbureted pile of junk would have originally been there. Find this 1984 Buick Regal offered for $15700 in South Dubuque, IA via craigslist. Tip from Rock On!

I am helping a friend list and sell his 1984 Buick Regal. It has had a lot of work and money put into it over the last year. It still wears about 75% of its original paint, and the interior is all original except gauges with factory bucket seats and console. Car has 72k miles on it. I has had the frame removed, sandblasted and painted along with the undercarriage of the car prepped and coated in Rhino liner. Car has all new parts on the chassis. I will list the features of the car and all the new parts in the last year below.

The car runs and drives, and handles great. Just finished last fall and only has a couple hundred miles on it. The heater core immediately started leaking so it has been currently bypassed. A new one does come with the car. He has way more into the car than he planned and just wants to stop at this point. He recently bought a Corvette and also owns 2 Turbo Regals, so he wants to move this one on to a new home. He is asking $15,700. Text me at five6threefour5one3ninezero eight. I have many more pictures of the build process if interested in something specific. Thanks for looking at our ad.
