No air in that suspension, this was the taxi spec car.
Thats an awfully small battery but Burlingame is relatively balmy I guess. Someone had AC on this? I see that the belts were removed decades ago, so sanity or entropy prevailed.
Yep: the a/c worked well in my 220d, if I didn’t mind the sensation of dragging an anchor. That giant jug compressor was awful. I kept meaning to retrofit a modern Sanden rotary compressor but a dear friend cajoled me into selling the car to him before that mod was done.
