Banned In Nebraska: 1964 Chevrolet Corvair V8
The Corvair represented a brief, but failed, foray into
aircooled rear engined automobiles by General Motors, and it was a
great car. Even the first generation cars with their sketchy swing-axle rear end offer a fun driving experience, but the Vair isn’t that fast stock, but becomes a
monster when you shove a huge domestic V8 somewhere under sheet metal. Find this 1964 Chevrolet Corvair V8 offered for $3,200 near Denver, CO via craigslist. Tip from Rock On!
This Monza 2-door is fitted with a Ford 302 cubic inch V8 that has an aftermarket cam, some internal parts, and a set of 351 windsor heads — it could be good for 350ish horsepower if done correctly. The transmission is a 3-speed auto, but that could be switched out to a manual when you finish and paint this thing.

Seems like a good deal if it runs, drives and isn't rusting as the seller states.
