V10 Accounting Allowance: 2007 Audi S8

There are few things that depreciate faster than a high powered Audi S-car…they are (in no particular order) lettuce, Seaborgium (radioactive element 106 on the periodic table with a half life of 14 minutes), and a tweet on the twitter. That’s about it. Everything else on this hunk of rock we call the earth maintains is original value longer. This might be a problem if you prefer heading to the Audi dealer to get your V10 powered super sleds, but it is NOT a problem if you enjoy haggling for used on cars on craigslist or reading German wiring diagrams. What is the German phrase for “your momma is as reliable as a VW/Audi coil pack?” Find this 2007 Audi S8 offered for $13,750 in Milbrae, CA via craigslist.

This was Audi’s flagship car in 2007. The 450HP V10 Lamborghini engine pulls hard in Sport mode. Great V10 exhaust sound and with the Fabspeed X pipes is awesome. And the Bang & Olufsen 1000 Watt ($6400 option) sound system is amazing. And as a bonus, free XM Sat radio, and aux input for USB or iPhone tunes.
This S8 has all the options to long to list. Some are: Front and back climate control, adaptive cruse control, air bags everywhere, adjustable air suspension, navigation, front and back parking sensors with backup camera, keyless remote, huge trunk, headlights are great in that they provide side light when making a (slow left or right) turn. Rear seat are heated and have adjustable lumbar support. The rear also have black mesh side window and rear window sunshades. And so on, lots.
