FOR SALE is an iconic very low mileage 1987 Ford Thunderbird Turbo coupe with a 5-speed transmission! This car has the original turbocharged and intercooled 2.3L inline-four paired with a five-speed manual transmission. Only 57,xxx original miles! The engine fires right up and runs strong. It shifts through all the gears smoothly and handles very well. Furthermore it has all the service records, factory books, manuals and a clean CA title. All the badging is also in the trunk. This thunderbird sat in northern CA for many years. It has had two owners in the past. The interior is in good condition, it has gorgeous two tone leather seats. It maintains the original floor mats and carpet which are still in great shape! The headliner is nice and tight. I have lots of records that go along with the vehicle, it was purchased originally from Gullwing automotives in Gardena, CA 1987. NO RUST, NO ACCIDENTS. This vehicle is being sold as is. Not sure if it’s COVID pushing up all used car prices, but prices on these are definitely climbing.
Ah, the period pinstriping/script. Ugh. The price doesn’t seem bad for the mileage, but I wonder about the paint and I’d much rather see stock wheels on one of these.
