Titanic’s Cousin: 1969 Lincoln Continental

This next feature is a suicide door-equipped Lincoln finished in “off-white but really more like leftover oatmeal” with a vinyl roof. It is a slab of Detroit iron that’s long enough to qualify for its own ZIP code and low enough to scrape over thoughts of speed bumps. The seller swears it runs and drives, though given the rust freckles around the fenders, it’s probably best described as a rolling tetanus shot with style. On the plus side, it comes with collector plates, a clean title, and enough presence to make your neighbor’s Camry weep with inadequacy. Seller’s description
Runs and drives, bought it in the spring in Shakopee mn, drove it home, occasionally drive around the block with it from time to time. Clear title in my name, collector plates, no bs.

Bought it as a project, just never got around to it, now with winter coming I have to clear the driveway, and its between this and my boat. With a heavy heart I gotta post it.

My loss your gain, drove it for 45mins on the freeway no problems, but she needs work, she sits really low, comes with the 17s and some 20s I never got around to putting on it
