Is this what a “fixer-upper” Cutlass that needs smog costs these days? Cosmetically, it doesn’t look too bad,.. but for a car that needs smog and has been sitting for 15 years that asking price is mighty steep. I guess this could be worth something to folks who don’t have to deal with California’s increasingly draconian smog test requirements. not sure if this is a true 442 since usually have the large triangular rear windows. Shaver front grille is cool. The label on the seats is tacky though.
key is whether body mounts are solid, no bondo in body, seams on doors, hood trunk
