Perkins Anchor: 1984 Ford Ranger Diesel

Volkswagen had a diesel powered pickup known as the Caddy that was one of the slowest vehicles on the road in the early 80s. But the guys at Ford said: Hold my cup of diesel fuel, and built something that was somehow slower. It was the Perkins non-turbo diesel powered Ranger and today’s example is slowly being re-absorbed back into the environment…probably for the best. Find this 1984 Ford Ranger Diesel offered for $3,495 in Philadelphia, PA via craigslist. Tip from Carter.
