Low Rent District: 2006 Honda Civic DX Coupe

I know what you are thinking. What would make the guys at DT featured a lame late model 8th generation (2006-2001) Honda Civic coupe. Boring…zzzzzz…but wait. Open the door. Take a peek. That’s a snick-snick smooth Honda manual gearbox, which have always been a cut above the competition. And since this is a DX, it means it was the lowest optioned Honda you could get in 2006, it was lucky to come with power windows but it didn’t come with a radio and AC was an option (that this one appears to have). But it did come with a huge front-and-center tachometer and it will be the best 1990s sport compact car you’ve ever driven. Find this 2006 Honda Civic DX Coupe offered for $5000 in Culver City, CA via craigslist.

Clean, MANUAL TRANSMISSION, just over 100k miles. $5000 OBO. Goodyear tires have under 3k miles and were bought just before we all stayed home. I am the second owner and averaged 5k miles a year with it. It’s never had a major issue and only has a couple minor cosmetic issues. Earliest possible pick up date is 4/15/2022

See a better way to drive something from the 90s that was built in 2000s? tips@dailyturismo.com
My son and I might go pick this up as his 1st car!
This would be a great first car – do it!
I’d be all over this if it had a sunroof. What’s not to like even as a stripper? These were about the last reasonably size Honda Civics. Now theyre just freaking huge. Perfect back and forth car and it wont break the gas gauge
The SI models have sunroofs… and 200 hp, vtec and 8k redline, LSD, 6 speed manual, etc. I have one I will be selling soon in washington state if you are nearby.
