Lemonaid V8 Swap: 1975 Triumph TR6

The Triumph TR6 was a British roadster introduced for the 1969 model year to replace the TR5/TR250 which was just a slight change to the TR4…etc etc. The TR6 did last through 1976 when it was replaced with the wedge-shaped and unloved TR7…but that is a story for another time. Original TR6 power came from a 2.5 liter inline-6, but today’s TR6 has been given an injection of American V8 powahhhhh with a 283 cubic inch (4.6 liter) small block Chevy mated to a 5-speed manual. Find this 1975 Triumph TR6 offered for $12,500 in Bradenton, FL via frakslash boomboom. Tip from Cory.

Seller’s Description
Selling this Triumph TR-6 with a 283 SBC & 5 speed borg Warner transmission swap. This car was built by British Transformations and everything was professionally installed by them and buttoned up by many other shops. The swap only has 2.7k miles on it.

The previous owner’s plan was to completely redo the interior (which he did) then move onto transforming the body into a completely custom car, but unfortunately he passed away.

This car is ready to rip, it only needs body work. 12.5k OBO, it cant hurt to send me an offer! shoot me a message here with any questions/ concerns.
