This is the Villager trim, which meant Mercury slapped on some vinyl lumber and hoped nobody noticed it was just a Pinto wearing cargo pants. For sale 75 Bobcat two door wagon. 2.8 v6 , 3 speed automatic transmission. Clean title in my name.
This is a 50 year old car that needs attention. It will not drive miles away. And no the AC does not work. It will need to be trailered. I believe with a battery , fluids and gas poured in the carb it would drive onto a trailer.
I have had it since 07 or 08. Drove it about 10 years around town with no problems.
It stopped pumping fuel when I was too busy for it. I think its a 30 dollar bolt on cam behind the timming cover.
I still like the car just dont want to work on a car at this level anymore. The front floor is full of new parts. Most everything for the brakes, u joints, some bushings and wheel bearings.
It does have dings and wear. Its a 50 year old utility vehicle.
It was fun to drive and got 23-26 mpg around town. It is missing very few parts. Couple peices of trim on the right side and maybe some plastic trim around the headliner.
But it still cleans up pretty well and gets lots of smiles. And No Its not a Pinto😁
With some hands on and the correct fluids I believe it would run fine again.
Keeping in mind it is from a different time.
Its old so it will need some new seals. Be realistic please
