Hulk Hood Smash: 1961 Volkswagen Beetle

We’ve featured a lot of cars with engines that didn’t fit over the years. There are many ways to deal with the engine that doesn’t fit, but I think we’ve found a new top dog. The Beetle was never designed to fit a small block Chevy up front, particularly not when that engine is equipped with a giant snorkus hood scoop, but here the seller decided to channel is inner incredible hulk and just BASH the engine thru the hood. The result is nothing short of spectacular. Find this 1961 Volkswagen Beetle offered for $24,500 in Orange County, CA via craigslist. Tip from a Rock On!
