Flat Head Powered: 1978 Chevrolet Corvette

When someone calls their Corvette a “FlatVette”, you instantly think of the Jerry Palmer and Dave McLellan designed C4 Corvette that is the flattest of all Vettes. However, today’s FlatVette comes from the C3 body style…complete with the swooping fenders and haunches you’d expect from the Stingray. However, today’s Flat comes from under the hood because, for whatever reason, somebody shoved a Ford Flathead V8 under the ffiberglass hood of this plastic bumpered C3. Find this 1978 Chevrolet Corvette offered for $24,500 in East Wallingford, VT via flatbook markethead.
