This next car comes as a tip from Matt V who writes: Cute story, awful car. At first, I thought he wrote, cute car, awful story…and I was confused. But YES, this car comes from an era of terrible cars, but it is a survivor, which means (much like its previous owners) it has been honed by time and experience into a sharpened implement that is worth more than the sum of its parts? I’m sorry, was that a question? Find this 1992 Buick Riviera offered for $12,000 in Napa County, CA via craigslist.
From the seller:
1992 buick riviera
title status: clean
A beautiful and clean 92 Riviera. As you can see by the pictures, it is in great shape and ready for a new home. It was purchased from the original owner who loved it for 19 years. My father bought it and enjoyed going to the Riviera club events in Monterey and Reno until his health failed. Car has new battery, alternator and recent oil change. The Pirelli all season tire have lots of tread left on them too.
As you can see in the pictures, we have all of the original documentation that came with the car. The two story boards will come with the car.
We are in Napa. If the posting is still up, it’s still for sale.
