This next car does not come with the preferred manual gearbox that you’d want in a Porsche canyon carver, but it is also (thankfully) not some electrically powered toaster. Additionally, the late model tiptronic style gearboxes found in modern Porsches can provide a decent amount of fun and are far better than the 3-speed autos we might be used to in vintage domestic iron…or the 9-speed trashbox you’d find in a new rental car from Stellantis or some other cursed brand.
