Bracq Saturday: 1982 BMW 320is Callaway Turbo

Bracq Friday might’ve technically been yesterday, but when a turbocharged relic from BMW’s boost-mad early Eighties shows up, the calendar doesn’t matter. Feast your eyes on this BMW 320is Callaway Turbo, an honest-to-goodness numbered car (#46) from the era when Reeves Callaway was turning mild-mannered German coupes into fire-spitting autobahn slayers. Under the hood sits a freshly rebuilt M10 armed with full Callaway hardware, a T3/T4 turbo, meth injection, a keyed oil-pump sprocket, ARP studs, and the holy-grail UTCIS programmable WUR that turns CIS into something shockingly tunable. Find this 1982 BMW 320is Callaway Turbo offered for $13,500 in Lakewood, WA via faceface turbobook. Tip from Zach Z.

This car is as period-correct and bad-ass as it gets while staying true to the early ’80s turbo tuning era. If you know these cars and the cost of these rare components, you understand the investment already made here.

the car isn’t perfect the paint and body is nice but could use a detail/buff. she runs and drives great!i’m not selling the wheels with it, i will put stock rims on before sale.
