This next car exudes class like only a big executive sedan designed by famed French mustache enthusiast Paul Bracq could do. The (fingers crossed original) powder blue paint, period correct Cali black plates (XMX would have originally be released for a car in 1969) and shockingly low odometer reading (35000?) paint the picture of a car that has been babied and is ready for someone to drive with kid gloves. Damn it….if it had a sunroof………I’d have to go begging and borrowing . These are some of my favorite Benzz. Small enough yet stately. The Navy Base sticker in the corner of the windshield tells me it is owned by a Naval Officer maybe out of Monterey or one of the bases in Central Cali. A realy sweet machine……cross country cruiser.
