6-Speed Sedan: 1997 BMW 740il

BMW never built an M version of their legendary 7-series luxury sedan, but if they did, I would have looked a lot like this next car. The E38 7 Series, produced from 1995 to 2001, is widely regarded as the last traditionally styled BMW flagship, combining restrained design with rear wheel drive balance and V8 power. In 740iL form it came with the 4.4 liter M62 V8, usually paired to an automatic, but this example has the coveted 6 speed manual, fundamentally changing the character and adding fun to this long wheelbase luxury sedan. Find this 1997 BMW 740il offered for $14,995 in Saylorsburg, PA via facemarket emsevenbook. Tip from Cory.

1997 BMW 740IL. This car was sold New in Texas and then it went to California where spent most of his life except for the last six or seven years. I bought it from the second owner in California and the modifications were already done for the car, the six speed makes a blast to drive. It’s a very fun ride. It does have some upgrades has bigger M6. Brakes and wheels has a rear gear changed to 3.15 gear ratio and had some computer upgrades and some cooling upgrades and it has a nice mellow exhaust with a little bit of a rumble to it. Nice body and paint no rust anywhere top or bottom for a 28-year-old
