Something "Murican."
That looks remarkably like the speedo/dash of my first car – an early 70s (mine was a 73) Nova.

Chevy Celebrity. 'Murican classic. /s
The vertical heater controls to the right of the speedo looks like a GM X-car (Nova, Apollo/Skylark, Ventura/Phoenix, Omega) – probably the '75-79 model, given the 120mph speedo and the Camaro-like steering wheel I'm gonna guess Nova 9C1 cop car.
Early 70s Nova SS
1974 Pontiac Ventura
Specifically, the GTO package.
w. neff — Good work. It is a 1974 Pontiac Ventura GTO — sold yesterday on eBay for about $10k. Find it here on eBay.
First the early Z28s were worth money, then the early Trans Ams were worth money, then the second-gen Zs, and the second-gen TAs, then any early Camaro, then the second-gen Novas, then the first-gen Novas, then any early Firebird and any second-gen Camarobird without bumpers, then some of the bumper Camarobirds, then the pre-bumper non-Chevy X-bodies, then the '73-74 two-door Novas, then the '73-74 non-Chevy 2-door X-bodies, the '67-74 four-doors and '75-up cars are only starting to appreciate and may not hit the levels of some of the others…personally, second only to a '69 Camaro I'd like a '75 Nova sedan with an LSA in it…
Dodge Dart or Lincoln Conti?
It's definitely a GM X-car.
We're just down to figuring out early or late, and which brand/package.
So cool how close (or not, depending on how you look at it) they were.
Dodge Monaco (oops!)

'Tis better to have played and lost than to have never played at all.
Pontiac Grand Prix, 1974.
Right, of course I am a day late and a dollar short.
