The W210 chassis was marketed by Mercedes-Benz with the as the E-class from 1995-2002. It offered an expensive and elite ride for the wealthy and well-to-do. Mercedes offered some versions with 6-cylinder engines where the E stands for executive, but in 1998 they turned the E up to 11 in something called the E55 AMG. Today’s example has a manual gearbox (wow!) swapped in and is offered for a not-too-bad price. Find this 1999 Mercedes-Benz E55 AMG offered for $10,000 in Richardson, TX via craigslist.

Selling because I need something more fuel efficient.
This is currently my daily driver, and it’s been incredibly reliable, and fun to drive every day. Because it’s my daily, I’ve been taking meticulous care of it mechanically, and as such, there are no mechanical issues whatsoever.
There are some cosmetic issues, as you can see in the pictures. Such as-
Missing tow hook covers on front bumper
Paint is fading
Windshield is cracked
Headlight washer cover missing
Rear bumper paint chipped, cracked
That’s all that’s apparent.
other than that, the only other issues are-
Sunroof not working
Please let me know if you have any questions.
The price is OBO- if you want to give me an offer, just message me. This car is quite unique, so there really isn’t anything I can compare it to.
