Undercover Beetle: 1976 Bradley GT

An old Beetle is an interesting car to own and plenty of folks are majorly obsessed with the blob-shaped people carrier…but they are super common out here in Southern California and if you want a Beetle to stand out, you need something that has the same mechanical reliability of the Type 1, but with some 70s style.  Find this 1976 Bradley GT offered for $6,500 in San Leon, TX via craigslist. Tip from Rock On!

THE 70’S CALLED! AND THEY WANT THEIR CAR BACK! I have a cool little 1976 Bradly GT sitting on a 76 vw chassis. It is all original from the interior down to the cool ET mag wheels. It has a brand “NEW” 1600 engine with about 50 miles of break in time, still has the break-in oil in it. Along with a new clutch, this baby runs great and is very dependable. They also installed disc brakes on all four corners, Yes! 4 wheel disc brakes and it stops on a dime! This is the coolest little car to drive, and talk about the attention! This little car is rust free, pans are spotless. Everything works! lights, blinkers, wipers, gauges etc. Another good thing is it is all there, most have missing pieces, top, bumpers etc…….. its all here. These do not come up often, at least not in this shape. My price is firm on this, its not a problem to keep it till summer and get even more for it.
