Twin Turbo Swap: 1992 Dodge Stealth R/T

The Dodge Stealth was a US market re-badge of the Mitsubishi 3000GT and it was available as a basic V6 powered front-drive thing or a VR4 equipped twin-turbo monster. Today’s example started as a basic R/T model with a 223 horsepower V6, but it was given an engine swap in the form a twin-turbo from the VR4 version. Find this 1992 Dodge Stealth R/T offered for $3500 in Hopkinton, MA via craigslist. Tip from Cory.

Fire sale price before winter. Really just want to see this go somewhere where it will get the attention it deserves and be appreciated.1992 Dodge Stealth R/T with a professional TT engine swap. Engine has less than 70K miles on it and the body has about 141K. This was all professionally built, tuned, and there’s about $15K invested in parts / labor. This car dyno’d over 300HP after the last tune and is capable of a lot more but needs some miles put on it.
I’m the second owner of this car. I’ve had it since 2004. I always imagined I would get back to it and finish it off but the reality is it’s just going to waste sitting in my driveway and I want someone else to enjoy it.

The good: mechanicals, engine, etc., are all strong and solid. It runs and drives.
The bad: It needs paint to look great. The tires are dry rotted. It needs some bulbs and minor work to get it through inspection. I haven’t tried to have it inspected since 2013.
Hoping someone comes along who wants to enjoy this car. It still looks great and it deserves to be driven. Too many other cars / bikes for this one to get my attention and I’ve been fighting parting with it.
Additional parts that come with it: rear wheel bearings, new heater core, upgraded front calipers, some new interior trim pieces, probably other stuff i forgot.
Price is firm. Basically giving this away at this price but want to see it go to a good home that will restore and appreciate it.

Translation: I can’t get this thing running right after 8 years of trying and my wife wants it out of the driveway ASAP.
You’re probably right. I don’t know how anyone would put up with that, I know mine would never ask me to get rid of my toys.
I was thinking, “At that price, it’s a steal.” Then I saw it has been up for sale for 2 weeks and there are no photos of the most important part: the engine.
How can you advertise $15k spent on a swap, post 20 photos, and not include even one shot of the engine?! Something smells funny with this one.
