Twin Turbo Basket Case: 1991 Dodge Stealth RT

Two grand doesn’t buy much in supercar from the 1990s, even in the case of a twin turbocharged all-wheel-drive Japanese car masquerading as a domestic. I know that the 3000GTVR4/StealthRT platform is known for being costly to repair, but even if there is a rod poking through the block of this next car, I think this is worth the asking price.
