Turbo Pangra: 1977 Ford Pinto

What is it? What kind of car is that? Sir, what happened to your Pinto? These are the questions you are going to get every time you head to the gas station and pour in some liquid gold from the 93 octane filler nozzle. The Pangra was a reskin of the Pinto from a mind of a sales manager at Huntington Ford in Arcadia, CA…and it was sooooo much better looking than a standard Pinto, but only 50ish were ever built. Find this 1977 Ford Pinto Pangra offered for $7000 in Imperial, MO via facepan marketto.

Seller’s description
1977 Pinto Pangra inspired custom build turbo 2.3 out of a 1979 Mustang cobra turbo
Car was built in 1980 with an 8 inch ford rear end, engine and transmission out of an 81 cobra Mustang. I have all the original build paperwork and factory paperwork from day one , the car has been stored in climate control basement last plated in 1994. It will need a new fuel pump and master cylinder car starts right up with a little fuel in the carburetor the headlights are out of an TR7 and the front clip is custom made by the owner out of fiberglass. The only rust spot I found is about the size of pop tart in the floorboard. This is a two owner car. I’m located about 20 miles south of St. Louis $7000 all the service records are included with the car along with the original paperwork and builders notes
