Tri Horned Unicorn: 2007 Mercedes-Benz E63 AMG Wagon W211

This next car was a hard one for me. Not because I don’t love the car…but because I love it a little too much…and frankly want to buy it and drive it every single day…because it is a 507 horsepower V8 powered wagon with room for 7 people, modern safety and reliability…and only 209k miles on the odometer. Yowza!! This is a risky purchase…but it is the only W211 E63 AMG in green in the USA (per the seller)…and is as rare as a unicorn with three horns. Find this 2007 Mercedes-Benz E63 AMG Wagon offered for $16,500 in Los Angeles, CA via craigslist.

Commenter RyanM noticed that this car was featured by someone named Tyler in some videos and an article on autotrader.

This is a one of a kind, special ordered Mercedes AMG 200 mile per hour seven seat family hauler, do-it-all dream wagon!

All the comforts of a Mercedes with performance technology developed by AMG for enthusiastic driving.
This is an extra car for us, so I am selling to get into a new car project.
This car has high miles, but has been impeccably serviced and includes service records since new – most of which at the dealer. The brakes and tires are new, and this car is ready to be enjoyed for another 200k miles.

This car has every option including the very rare ones: distronic dynamic cruise control, heated and cooled seats, napa leather interior, alcantara suede headliner, xenon headlights, third row seat, Designo package (this is the only w211 E63 wagon in the USA in green), keyless go / push button start, navigation, factory oem bluetooth, and more!
Serious buyers only. Low ballers will be ignored. Sold as-is with no warranties expressed or implied.

Holy carp is this a great car. Finding a seller with complete service records is the holy grail. Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaand the ad is gone. Dang.
Would a “unicorn with three horns” still be a unicorn?
Either way, I love this car and if I had indoor parking I would risk the high asking price for a personal road rocket.
This is Tyler Hoover’s old car (Hoovie’s Garage on youtube). I don’t recall the exact tally, but between the 2 previous owners and him, there was something like $34k spent in repairs. And the thing was still very, very unreliable and had still more deferred maintenance/repairs that Tyler neglected to conduct. Mostly fluid leaks iirc.

Good to know, I will update the featured to feature some of his issues.
