Thursday Twister: Star Wars Edition
Welcome to another edition of DT’s Thursday Twister, the game that keeps giving, and today we venture into the land of fantasy. Episode VII heads into theaters this week, and I think it would be a good time to venture into the Star Wars universe — naturally here is where things get geeky. The question is simple, what is your favorite vehicle from Star Wars?
Mine is the X-34 Landspeeder, an odd hovering 2+2 with three air-cooled thrust turbines, worth about 2000 galactic credits around the time of the original Death Star…but you don’t need to limit yourself to vehicles from the films, you can also add stuff from the books, comics, cartoons, video games, etc.
Contest rules as follows:
1. There are no rules…just post your favorite Star Wars vehicle.
She may not look like much, but she's got it where it counts…

I have two actually, and they're slightly on the obscure side, but for some reason these were always my favorites:
Tie Fighter Bomber

and the Y wing fighter:

the Naboo Royal Starship – basically a flying Roadmaster

Oh no Disney owns Daily Turismo now as well.
So who here has tickets for the opening showing?
I'm thinkin' ye olde B-Wing.

I've always been partial to the Snowspeeder, aka Incom T-47 Airspeeder.
Perhaps because it reminds me of an AW11 MR2, or vice-versa?

Those flying crotchrocket things from endor.
It has to be the 74-Z speeder bike from return of the jedi. That was by far my favorite part of the original trilogy as a young lad.
